Task Force managed the 5-year, Three Phase Climate Change Threat and Vulnerability Risk Analysis and Adaptation Planning and Resilience Improvement Project. Cardno’s Government Services Division led this effort and program. Managed this Risk Analysis for NOAA. This included a risk-based approach that combined climate change likelihood and severity indicators with property attributes to screen an inventory of more than 3,200 properties and identify assets at high risk of experiencing climate change impacts. Analyzed additional climate change threats, rescreened the entire inventory, and identified additional properties vulnerable to climate change. Finally, facility-specific adaptation and resilience analyses were developed. The information was integrated into the decision-making process for capital investments planning and to mitigate the potential effects of climate change.
