Keith supported the characterization of marine sediments in adjacent waters of the ARCO Cherry Point Refinery Marine Terminal under the refinery’s federal and state NPDES permits.
Keith provided consultation on the preparation of draft and final sediment sampling and analysis plans and conducted reconnaissance to assess conditions for sampling, obtained samples with a Van Veen grab sampler and scuba diving where locations were not accessible for grab sampling.
