Dr. Wolf led a Client Services workgroup to build an external business case and Plan based on recommendations from the 2019 Science and Environment Division’s Strategic Plan. This effort focused on standing up a robust climate science/sustainability/community resiliency services line and platform comprising nine Practice Areas. The Plan included market analytics, opportunities, services summaries, priority clients, strategic and branding initiatives, fee and revenue estimates, priority partners, and internal and external barriers. The workgroup separated the “talk from the tangible” and produced a targeted, implementable Plan to achieve significant revenue and explicit market penetration goals.
