This information system approach was developed by Keith Wolf to support research, monitoring and evaluation data management and dissemination throughout the five-state Columbia River Basin. Synchronizing collaboration and communication with product dissemination & optimized organizations was the goal. This provided the precursor framework to the Monitoring Methods.org program now used throughout the Columbia Basin.
