Dr. Wolf collaborated directly with staff and project managers for the Snohomish Conservation District to assess localized and regional climate impacts from Sea Level Rise to groundwater in the lower Stillaguamish and Snohomish River basins. The work was integrated into a larger land use and community planning framework that sought to identify habitat restoration and infrastructure improvement opportunities that could mitigate flood risk, address declining salmon populations, and help the community adapt to rising sea levels and changing hydrology.
