Keith Wolf supported this biological assessment for consultation under the Endangered Species Act for an expansion of the ARCO Marine Terminal in the SE Strait of Georgia. He evaluated impacts to baseline conditions for federally listed and candidate species under the Endangered Species Act in the project action areas.
The project scope also included Pacific Herring (Clupea pallasii) as an ecological keystone species critical to federally listed salmonids. Keith obtained a concurrence letter as part of the permitting process from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in consultation with the National Marine Fisheries Service.
